Offer revoked after BGV issue at LTI Mindtree – feeling stuck and need advice
So recently I have given an interview for ltm ( lti mind tree) as an software engineer position and I do have like 5 plus years of experience so the thing is i have been selected in the interview and I have even received the offer letter then these guys started background verification so in that they have asked me for almost 5 plus years of bank statement all my proofs and everything damn certicate and previous companies offer letters and what not every fucking thing but at last when I resigned from my current company the irony is like my onboarding should be in like 3 week of march in and around and I have left my present company for like 15 days before itself but now the background verification team is stating that I have a red mark on my profile stating that they can't find proper information and I haven't provided them 10 months of statement i:e 2020 to 2021 starting so for that damn reason they are just letting me go what should I even do in this situation, I am being very depressed and even I am so scared of the next month with this recession and all it would be helpful if anyone of you give me some suggestions. Enhance this i got to post it in reddit

Title: Offer revoked after BGV issue at LTI Mindtree – feeling stuck and need advice
Post:
Hi everyone,
I’m in a really stressful situation right now and could use some advice.
I recently interviewed with LTI Mindtree for a Software Engineer role (I have 5+ years of experience). I cleared all the rounds and received the offer letter. After that, they initiated background verification and asked for a huge number of documents — bank statements (5+ years), previous company documents, degree certificates, offer letters, basically everything.
I provided almost all the documents they asked for. However, there’s one issue: I couldn’t provide around 10 months of bank statements (from 2020 to early 2021). Now their BGV team has marked my profile as “red” saying they can’t verify some details properly because of this gap.
The worst part is — I had already resigned from my current company and served my notice period early because my onboarding was supposed to happen around mid/late March. I’ve now been unemployed for about 15 days, and suddenly they’re saying they might not proceed with my onboarding because of this issue.
I feel completely stuck and honestly very depressed and scared, especially considering the current job market and recession concerns.
Has anyone faced something similar?
Is there anything I can do at this stage to resolve this or appeal their decision?
Any suggestions or guidance would really mean a lot.
Thanks in advance 🙏
