2023 2.7l hard/late 2/1 Downshift

I recently purchased a 2023 2.7l 1500.

About 200 miles after driving off the lot I started to get a harsh 2-1 downshift. Nothing crazy but felt like a bump or push when coming to a complete stop.

I took it to the dealership and they reset the transmission learning.

Drove it about 800 miles no problem, but on a recent road trip it started again.

What can be done to percentile correct this?
