Looking for help on creating multiple short from a 1hr long video

Looking for help on creating multiple short from a 1hr long video

I have a video that's an hour long, and i want to cut that up into many short videos.

But before and after each video i want my intro and trailer to be added to it. how can i easily accomplish that without having to manually add each of the intro files to each video to be exported?
