Special ability button cannot be moved.

Hi there,

I have just gotten back into WoW and spent some time redoing my actionbar layout with the new edit mode. I noticed I could not move the special/extra ability button, and now it clips over my actionbars. I know it's only temporary and for specific quests, however, it is pretty annoying. Does anyone have a fix?

Thank you for the help <3
