Why do we feel anxious and heavy even when life is technically fine? Finally understood this after a long time
I've been carrying this low hum of anxiety
for a while now. Nothing dramatic happening.
Just heavy. Uneasy. Tired for no clear reason.
Turns out it comes down to how your nervous
system processes everything you witness —
not just what happens to you directly.
Your brain reacts to danger it SEES the same
way it reacts to danger it LIVES.
So every time you open the news, scroll through
other people's fear and grief — your body
responds like it's happening to you.
And then you put the phone down and wonder
why you still feel off an hour later.
Has anyone else been feeling this lately?
Especially with everything going on in the
world right now. Would love to know if this
resonates.
