Custom Boot Screen

So I'm getting Bazzite soon (Newbie, please no judge) as I'm getting sick and tired of the windows popups and I saw a short of someone having a custom boot screen. I wanted to have a splatoon/helldivers themed one but I'm not sure where to go or who can make it. Can it be a MP4 file coded in or does it have to be something else?
