Did I inject into an artery or did I just nick it?

I was doing my injection as usual, everything went as it shouldve, but I positioned my plunger in an unusual way so I asked my dad to inject the sustanon for me.

He has stronger hands than me so it wasnt exactly strange that the fluid went in faster than usual (still with some resistance ofc). I did feel a lot of Pressure when it went in faster than usual tho 😭

Now what I'm worried about, when I pulled the needle out I felt a sharp pain halfway, and then a lot of bright red blood flowed out. I was very concerned I mightve injected in an artery, since I did see a tiny bit of blood in my needle/start of the plunger, but the blood stopped within a few minutes of holding a gauze to it and I didnt notice any metallic/soapy/weird taste in my mouth either.

Only noticable things are my muscle feels stiff, my knee and foot hurt, im a little dizzy and I have chest pain, but most of these things could just me panic cause I panic fast lmao 😭

Its been about 15 minutes now I believe

I'm out of the country rn and I dont speak the language here, so it would be a hassle to go somewhere. Is all okay or should I get checked out?
