>*Imagine your wife is making dinner when you come home. Everything looks normal. She kisses you like always. She seems to have had a nice day, is happy and bubbly. You go to the bathroom go get fresh and find two large-sized condom wrappers in the trash. Some you've obviously never bought, way too large for you. Your heart stops. You come back to the kitchen and she's stirring the pasta, not looking at you. Then she turns around, sees your face, and smiles. Her summer dress wifely and decent. "How was your day, hun?"*

Welcome back! 👋

This is Part 2 of my humiliation series. Part 1 was written for wives. This one is for both of you and I think it works best when you read it together. If you haven't read [Part 1](https://www.reddit.com/r/CuckoldPsychology/comments/1qr636a/the_art_of_humiliation_part_1_taking_control_for/), start there.

>*Quick disclaimer: This is advanced. It requires trust, an established dynamic and honest communication. As always, this is our marriage. Take what fits you, leave what doesn't.*

Now let's talk about cheating.

I have a long-term lover and boyfriend. His name is Max. We have been seeing each other regularly and he visits us in our home. This is a big factor that made a very specific part of our dynamic easier, but it is absolutely not necessary for it.

**Cheating.**

"Ah yes", you think. That one thing you **absolutely do not do** when you are in a cuckold relationship. **Not in any relationship. Neverrr.**

Cheating, in the traditional sense, means having sex with another man without your husband knowing and without his consent.

And in our dynamic, we use only the "without him knowing" part. Because we **always have consent** for everything we do.

I cheat on my husband every chance I get. He knows I do, but he doesn't know when, where, or how many times. Some of the things I do he finds out. Some things he doesn't. And the things he doesn't find out, I tell him later when we are alone and reconnecting. At least most of them. There are things that stay secret. Small details. And they drive him crazier than knowing about everything.

And I promise you, this is one of the most powerful tools in cuckolding.

>He always consents. But he doesn’t need to know everything.

I understand that some cuckolds fantasize about their wife doing "what she wants", but that's not a sustainable scenario. As I have written before, the both of you are not horny 24/7 and the lifestyle usually comes "in waves". There are weeks where you are hornier and there are weeks where you are not so much. In this essay I will try explaining how it works for us and I hope to be able to inspire couples who are into it but don't yet know how to approach it.

# How It Started

It was quite early in our days with my lover. We had met several times already -> sessions that we planned carefully, together as a couple. We had gained trust and spent some time outside the bedroom. Things felt stable and exciting at the same time.

My lover works in sales and our house is in his region. He told us that he is regularly near our city for work. And of course after a few times, he asked if he could just visit me in the morning, when my husband is at work and the children at daycare. Just me and him, alone.

I must admit, I was eager. I had already felt the difference when my husband was not in the room. Even when I definitely did not focus on my husband when he watched, I was still performing. I won't lie: if you are having sex with another person, it simply **is** more intimate when it is just the two of you.

So my husband and I sat together and talked it out. We had discussed this fantasy many times before, the idea of me being alone with my lover, so the concept was not new. But I tell you one thing: for my husband, the thought of Max having me without him was a HUGE step. When a cuckold is joining his wife when she is with another man, he still has a certain amount of control. Actually a big amount. He can stop or intervene at any time. But this was something he would not see and not control. He would only know that it happened.

It made him horny and anxious. And it drove his fantasies to another level. So we decided to try it.

*I definitely understand that there are many couples in cuckolding where the wife is mainly going solo, and for them all of this might be obvious. But for us, this was a really big step.*

# It actually felt like cheating

I remember this Wednesday clearly. We had agreed that I would make an audio recording for my husband and send him updates during the morning. Something like "he is here", "we are finished", a few photos and maybe a voice message. My husband had even bought a small (and I think expensive) audio recorder specifically for this moment. He is meticulous about these things, kinda sweet honestly 😋.

My husband almost didn't want to leave me for work that morning. And I was nervous like it was my very first time all over again. I took my time to prepare, showered slowly, put on something I felt good in and tried to calm my breathing. And when the doorbell rang, I was genuinely frightened to open it. I just pressed record on the Zoom thingy I already held in my hand and went to the door.

But Max was calm and direct, as always. And just moments later when we kissed at the door, everything in me settled.

And yet, standing there in my hallway, kissing a man who is not my husband while Eric was at work somewhere thinking of me, **it actually felt like cheating**. My heart was racing not just from arousal but from guilt a thrill of doing something wrong. And even though I knew it wasn't wrong because we had planned it long enough, my body did not care about those agreements. I felt like a woman opening the door to her affair.

And here is what I want to tell every wife who is considering this: meeting your lover alone is something **altogether different**. When your husband is present, even if you try to forget him (and I always did try), a part of you always knows he is there. You are sharing the experience with him, even when you ignore him. That is beautiful and hot.

But when you are alone with your lover, you do it almost just for you. For your own pleasure. And that selfishness, that pure wanting without the audience mentally puts you back into your dating years.

We were loaded and wild. Max took me very forcefully and it did not take very long but was intense and it felt wonderful. That first thrust, when I had to adjust to his size again, I gasped so loud I stopped and made sure the windows were closed. Then i could let myself go. Raw and quick and exactly what both of us needed.

And when we were finished after a few minutes, I realised something. I had completely forgotten to take a picture for my husband 🙈

The audio was running, thank god. But the photos, the updates I had promised, nothing. I had been so consumed by Max that my husband simply did not exist in that moment.

I felt genuinely felt guilty. And as we were lying on the couch, I admitted this to Max, that I had forgotten everything I was supposed to do. He just looked at me, smiled, and said something like "Well then. Let's just do that again."

So we did.

And this time I had my phone ready. I sent my husband a photo of me stroking Max's cock. I sent him a selfie while Max was on top of me. I sent him a photo where Max was behind me. I sent him a photo of us sweaty afterwards. And one of the filled condom, because we were still using condoms back then.

But what I did not send was an explicit photo. No photo of him inside me or any close up. That was actually Max's idea. When I reached for my phone to select the ones to send, he took my hand and said something like "Make him wait for them." He definitely understood the game better than I did at that point. Seeing Max lying on me, sweaty and without seeing anything that happened lower than my chest, gave him everything he needed for his fantasies. We took the explicit pictures, but i kept them.

The second time we had sex that morning was completely different. Slower and longer. It resembled more love making than the wild first round. We took time to explore each other's bodies in a way we had not done before. Without anyone watching, without the pressure of a "session", it was just two people who wanted each other. I really enjoyed it. And when we were finished, I urged Max to leave so I could collect myself.

The guilt came in waves and it stayed with me for the rest of the afternoon. It only dissolved in the evening, when Eric came home and we reconnected, and everything I had carried alone transformed into something warm and shared.

We had agreed beforehand that my lover would not stay afterwards so not for lunch or coffee, nothing. That was a boundary we had set together, and I held it.

# One thing I didn’t tell him

But here is where it gets interesting. Where the "cheating" part really starts. Because all that happened was me just having a "solo" date, nothing special so to say in cuckold lifestyle terms.

When my husband came home that evening, he was really needy. He needed contact and closeness. He went down on me immediately and while he did, I told him everything. He wanted every little detail. How it started, how Max kissed me, how it felt, what positions we did, how long, every single thing.

And then I nervously admitted that we had fucked twice.
