Completely lost about what to do for 330k loans

I have 330k in student loans all post 2014, all consolidated, with 6% interest. I was on the SAVE plan and made 12 payments of $0 my first year of residency (since my prior year tax returns had no income). I've been in forbearance since then and not made any payments.

Now that the SAVE plan has died (RIP) I'm trying to decide what plan is best. I currently make 90k gross, but each year this number goes up. In three years I will be done with fellowship and will expect to make at least 400k.

My partner makes 80k but their salary will jump to at least 275k in one years time. We will be filing taxes together so our combined income (is this what my payments for my loans will be based off?) will be high.

I'm trying to pay back the least amount possible. I'm putting money into 403B retirement accounts, ROTH IRA account and other investment accounts but I saw that there is a new PSLF buyback option? Do you think this would be a good option to buy back the last 2 years worth of payments?

Any suggestions on plans would be appreciated, I was reading about the RAP plan and PAYE and am really just overwhelmed. I read lots of wonderful comments on this forum from people who seem to know a lot more than me about all of the changes so was hoping someone can share their advice.
