sending LESS emails got us MORE replies?? wtf

idk how this even makes sense but yeah

we were blasting like 2k cold emails a week, tweaking everything (subject lines, timing, copy, all that) and replies were still garbage, like 1% almost if we were lucky.

felt like yelling into a spreadsheet honestly

then we cut it down hard and only emailed ppl who actually touched the site (pricing page, blog, whatever)

now we’re sending like 200/week and replies jumped to like 10–15% pretty fast

which feels backwards as hell but ok

also way less work and not burning domains every 5 minutes so thats nice

kinda mad we didnt try this sooner tbh

anyone else seeing this or did we just accidentally stop being idiots
