How do you manage the anxiety of not knowing exactly what's in your weekly injection and have you ever reached a point where that uncertainty felt genuinely unacceptable?

I've been doing this for seven months. Most weeks I inject and don't think much about it. Occasionally I have a week where I think about it a lot and the lack of a clean answer bothers me in a specific way that branded product users don't have to deal with. How do you personally sit with that uncertainty and has it ever pushed you toward changing your approach?
