What are the things about this game that satisfy you the most and the least?

Maybe a bit of an odd question, but I'm curious as to what people think about Nikke at this point, and what their personal compliments and gripes are about the gameplay, writing, fandom, or anything else. Every gatcha game has it's ups and downs, some things are universally perceived as good, other things are very, very mixed.

So what are Nikke's greatest strengths and weaknesses for you?
