Do you need a permission to wear a T-Shirt with your app's QR?

Idea is simple: I print a T-Shirt with a short punch and my app's QR, wear it on warm weather whenever I go outside and especially to some group meetings. Whoever gets interested - asks me, scans, photographs, whatever they want, I'm just walking around in my own clothes.

Question is simple too: can I wear that T-Shirt safely to public areas without consulting authorities for marketing permission or sth? Does it depend on wording or not?
