Secret character, from a game I forgot.

I'm slowly going insane because I'm trying to remember which game had a secret (I think) character that had a unique gimmick of getting a 5-round Mauser pistol that would 1-shot (or take away 90% of enemy healthbar) and if you ran out of shots then you're basically done for because the character had basically a limited move set
