WSIB - Investigative games like LA Noire

So recently I decided to go back to LA Noire due to reading a graphic novel with a noir mystery vibe and feeling it (The Fade Out if you're interested), and it got me thinking that I really like these kinds of games that involve investigation, clues, etc.

Are there any you guys recommend that are similar? It doesn't have to have action like LA Noire, it's more the investigation I'm looking for. If it's got a similar noir vibe that's a bonus but not completely necessary.
