EBS mortgage

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has had any similar experience with EBS. About 3-4 weeks ago, as my current 4 year mortgage fixed rate was coming to an end, I applied again with EBS for a new 4 year green mortgage and provided the signed form and BER rating. As I heard nothing for over a week, I rang up and they confirmed that the new rate will be applied with effect from 7 April and I will get a letter in the post confirming same. To date I haven't received anything in the post and the direct debit which is due to come out on the 7th is still showing the old amount (which is less than what I had expected). Should I be worried that someone messed up something in the background? thanks
