Any Cebu Pacific employees here? Need help for school project 🙏

Hi! We’re 1st-year students from the University of the Philippines, and we're currently working on a project about organizational culture in airlines, specifically Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines.

We’re looking for any current or former Cebu Pacific employee (e.g., cabin crew, ground staff, operations, etc.) who would be willing to participate in a short 15–20 minute ONLINE interview (chat or call is okay, wherever you're most comfortable).

The interview will focus on general work experience, company culture, and day-to-day practices. This is strictly for academic purposes only, and your identity can remain anonymous if you prefer.

If you’re open to helping, please comment or send me a message. We would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
