Confused about future career options

I am in my third year of undergrad and am unsure about the field I want to pursue. I know I want to work where my decision matters and I get human interaction and work is enjoyable. While being financially independent and successful are my greatest goals here, I am unsure how to navigate as to do I go search for a masters degree do I not? which field, stick to psych or not? I also want to move abroad and settle in Australia more focused Sydney in the longer run as I am fascinate by the work-life balance there but masters is to be done from a reputed university
