Cannot buy UTAU Shareware anymore?

Finally caving to spend all of my freetime at the Teto grindstone, and I can't get a Registration Key because DL Market isn't selling them anymore and I cannot make a Vector account to proceed with the purchase. Everytime I try I get to the registration page, put in my information, press "register" and nothing happens. Help~~!
