25+ living within city limits. How you are socialising and making new friends IRL?

M27 here, Recently moved backed to ranchi and have not friends to talk, to go out with, dating apps are dead, don't know how to or where to approach girls, its getting freakishly hard to live like this in ranchi.

Is there something to socialise? Anyone out there who actually wants to go out and do stuff, games, sports, riding etc.

I met few people in the past few months and they live really far, (like hatia, kanke, etc.,) and that's a deal breaker, coz travelling 10-15km to meet someone is not feasible.
