I need help renovating my room
Sup, i wanna renovate my room a bit during the summer holidays. I want to repaint my walls with another color. Im just not sure which color i should pick. I attached some photos of my room so you can take a look. Like you can see, my room mainly uses gray, white, brown (wood) and green so i need a color for my walls to match those colors. And btw please ignore thats minecraft figures painted on my wall. I got them pretty long now.
I am also not sure about my desks position. Do you guys think thats its optimal like that? Im thinking if i should turn my desk towards the wall with the demon slayer poster and attaching that wooden wall behind my monitor onto the left side of my desk. Im just not sure if that wooden wall would give you a "jumpscare" when entering the room because it may be too close. My desk is 1.8m long and there would be about 2.2 meters space between the wall and my desk/that wooden wall. When entering the room you wont be able to see my monitor because that wall would stand out about 30cm over the side of my desk giving me the privacy i need. I could also probably manage all those cables and properly use a monitorarm when i place the desk like that.
Im just not sure because i am planing of demontating the wardrobe that is right next to the wall because id then push my bed against the wall and place the wardrobe next to the other one. That would create pretty much space (1.85m) between my bed and my desk and im not sure if it would look weird. Im also not really sure what i can do/if i can do anything with that space behind my desk and infront of my bed.
The room that i designed in SweetHome3D is how it would look after i would change all that. I left out all decoration so it wont take as long to design.
And by the way, The colors are saturated in the fotos than in real life and please ignore all those cables its only temporary. But do you guys think that the layout that i designed makes sense? And can you help me with my other problems? Thanks in advance!
