This is Zippit! The idea was she's an ancient lizardfolk fossil that brought back to life (we're using Viashino, a term from MTG to fit the lore). She have that crack-kid energy. Really enjoyed designing her visual since she's so fun to play with.

Zippit is a member of the Viashino, a rare and ancient race of direct draconic descendants. Her story, however, began with her death thousands of years ago. In 1717, a legendary strike team consisting of Jeremy, Faust, Regulus, and Shalmanisar descended into the deepest strata of Hedron to thwart Sess'innek’s cult attempting to resurrect a malevolent and forgotten dragon god. Amongst the thousands of skeletal remains collected by the cult to fuel this ritual were the ancient bones of Zippit.

During the climactic battle, the spirits of the dragon-kin rose to aid the adventurers. Among them was a High Priestess of a forgotten Hedron deity who offered a final sacrifice to ensure the cult's defeat. Her only request was that a fragment of her soul be reborn to experience life in the current age. Faust granted this boon, weaving the Priestess's essence into the remains of Zippit. Due to the volatile time dilation inherent to the Hedron depths, the resurrected Zippit aged 24 years in a mere 24 hours.

The young Viashino was subsequently taken under the wing of Shalmanisar and Jeremy, who provided her with a semblance of stability despite her ancient origins. By 1720, Zippit had already ascended through the ranks, undertaking her Gold Rank exam alongside Baro, Gilang, and Razorclaw. It was during these trials that her "The Unpredictable" moniker was solidified; her combat style is defined by what many peers describe as "pure crackhead energy," a whirlwind of wild magic and draconic instinct.

The party is almost complete, you can see her party members here :
