I am gonna be hated for this.

First of all my friends I must say I love you however I am writing this post to try to explain why I am a christian and not catholic. First of all catholics pray for intercession to saints and Mary but Deuteronomium 18:10-12 forbids talking and interacting with the dead. There is no biblical evidence of Mary being sinless because only Jesus was 1 Peter 2:22. There is no evidence of Mary being different than the other apostles at all and not even a single bible verse saying you can pray to her or that she can even hear you. Furthermore Éxodo 20:4-6:  forbids creating images and bowing down to them. Aditionally the claim of Peter being the fist pope is often based on Matthew 16:19 but some verses afterwards Jesus calls Peter Satan ( are both true? or only one ). Moreover in Matthew 18:18 He gives the same authority to all the apostles . In the New Testament there is no evidence of Peter being the leader or infallible quite the opossite. Paul oposses him directly Galatians2:11-14. In addition most of the arguments for being Peter the first pope also use the command given by Jesus to look after his sheep but on 1 Pedro 5:2–4  and then on 1 Pedro 2:4–6 (BSB) Peter himself declares that Jesus is the rock not him. Salvation can´t be earned and cant also be lost 2. Romans 8:38–39 ( with more and more verses). This does not mean that all ``Christians ´´ are saved but that true faith produces works and rejection to sin not as way to salvation but as fruit Matthew 7:16-20. Finally there is no record of Peter being at Rome and even if he was and lets assume he was the first pope there is no biblical way to assume he passed the keys to one another. Popes during history have been brutally corrupt there is no way the Holy Spirit was in them ( as you all think during the Ex cathedra declarations) and not on their whole lives. With much love my friends I would like to see your answers.
