BUTT Software malfunction

Hey! I'm part of an online radio station and we use BUTT into Airtime to stream (we also record through BUTT), but recently we've been having an issue where every few hours, BUTT will lose audio signal so nothing shows on the level meter. If we just restart the program it picks up signal right away. Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?
