Disappointed with Bath and Body response to hacked account

my account got hacked the other day and someone was able to use my account (and my credit card 😭) to place a $355 purchase. I called immediately and was told it was too late. no more than 20 mins after the purchase was made. mind u they attempted to make a $400+ purchase, which i managed to stop in time. BBW rep tells me oh don't worry about it, once my credit card company cancels the charge the items won't be shipped out. they must be working at hyper speed cuz the items get shipped out the next day and are scheduled to be delivered today. im at a lost of what to do. I hate the fact these ppl get their cake and eat it too. I also would prefer stopping this as I dont want bbw giving me a hard time about my refund.
