We need a better counter spy feature.

Just lost a Netherlands achievement run in 1942, holding amazingly against the germans, 7M casualties against my 150k. Until the entire fucking Axis powers put their spies on me, reducing my entrenchment by 5 EACH. It was okay when it was just the Reich doing that shit, why the fuck does it even stack?

70% entrenchment bonus just gone, reduced to atoms, and I can't do shit about it. I had 6 counterespionage, all related agency upgrades and I caught 0 (zero, nil, nada) enemy spies throughout the game.
