On-time rating lowered for restaurant's slowness.

I found that I was losing a lot of overall driver rating from my on-time rating being 91%. After review they counted the restaurants giving me the order 5 minutes late as me being late on the order by 5 minutes in the end! Absolute nonsense, and disputed half of those late deliveries marked against me as not at all being my fault.
