Pain every day

I have a sinus headache and extreme facial pain every day of my life. It’s debilitating. I can’t get any air through my nose. None. My sinuses are clear on ct scan but my turbinates are swollen. No nasal polyps but my dr has put me on dupixent, and 3 shots later no improvement. Sinus rinses and sprays do nothing. I also have post nasal drip.

I’m scared of ENS so I’m avoiding surgery. What other options do I have? I can’t keep living w this pain every day- it’s truly ruining my life!
