Do roles actually matter in Fortnite squads?

Feels like most squads just run around with 3 people trying to frag and no real structure.

I’ve been testing something that figures out your playstyle + role and it’s been surprisingly accurate.

Looking for a few people to try it and tell me if it’s actually useful or not.
