United credit card perks that apply to non-companions?

Help Needed / Question

I'm planning to get both a United personal and business card, leaning Explorer and Business, mainly for SUBs. I only fly United about two times per year, so wouldn't have much use for Club.

I want to share the card perks with relatives, they don't have any United cards. I don't fly with them. I can make them an AU if that helps. Please check my understanding:

Perks that apply to non-companions:

  1. 10% discount when booking United flights with miles
  2. 2-5 miles (depending on card) per $1 on United flights
  3. One-time club passes (must be AU or companion)
  4. Random credits like Global Entry, United TravelBank, Instacart, etc.

Perks that don't apply to non-companions:

  1. 6 miles per $1 on United flights (primary cardholder's flight only) (MileagePlus member perk, not card perk)
  2. Economy Plus upgrades (primary cardholder only)
  3. Free checked bags
  4. Club cards: Club membership only applies to primary cardholder

Anything I'm missing?
