Need advice: how do owners usually find tenants for commercial space in Gotri?
Hello everyone, need a little help from the community. We have 2 road-facing ground floor shops at Labh Icon near Nilamber Circle / Bansal Mall, Gotri, and we’re trying to understand what kind of businesses would be the right fit for this location.
Since many people here know the area well, I wanted to ask what usually works better in this belt — retail, office, food, clinic, salon, or something else. Also, do owners here generally depend more on brokers, local references, or online platforms to find the right occupiers?
Would really appreciate any practical advice from people familiar with the local commercial market. Thanks in advance.
