We are looking for a replacement in a preoccupied 3BHK, in Phase 1, Gurgaon. The house is fully furnished, very spacious with ample amount of sunlight. The rooms all have yellow lights. Available as soon as possible.

The flat is fully furnished: attached bathroom, a 55-inch TV, fridge, front-loading washing machine, microwave, modular kitchen with chimney, couches, geysers, and ACs in all rooms (including the hall). There's a lift in the building.

Bonus: Pet-friendly! One flatmate has a friendly Himalayan shepherd dog living here. 

There are two rooms available- 

The rent for the first room is Rs 25,000 and the second one is Rs 24,000.

Security Deposit: 2 Months rent

Additional shared costs include cook and cleaning staff amounting to ₹3,750/person, around ₹1,550/person for rented furniture, plus WiFi and electricity. Water is free.

There is no brokerage involved in the transaction.

The flat is a co-ed set up and are non-vegetarians as well, and thus is open to people of all genders. Nidhi and Kartik are chill and respectful people and this is a place of no judgment.

About them: In the first room, there is a couple with a dog - Nidhi and Kartik are in the copywriting and digital marketing space, in their early thirties. Ishani and I are relocating to another flat and thus are emptying our room out.
