High risk 22q

I have come back high risk for 22q on my Australian Harmony NIPT.

I feel like there isnt much information on this for me to find in Aus and its making this all so much more stressful.

First NIPT came back as a no call with 4.8% FF. re did this a week later 5% FF this time low risk everything else but high risk for 22q.

I have read so much about it and seems to be a lot of false positives.

I've also come back as high risk for pre e due to some bloods as well.

Im wondering if the high risk is showing up as something weird in my 2nd NIPT as it comes from an issue with the placenta.

Im getting an amniocentesis in a week and a half and just trying to prepare for everything. What am I to expect. Do I need bed rest etc after.

Please tell me your experiences.
