tf is going on with my registration

i registered for moth attempts of mht cet maybe liye 5-6 days before enrollment closed. paid the fee of both attempt too and now when i log into the cet cell website on my phone it shows applicant not found. On my laptop the website dosent even recognises my email id. I tried the helpline it kept me on hold and at last told i have exceeded the limit. yhe only thing left the the ticket i raised on their website. Any idea what should i do
