Does the backpack in Core strength gearset give opposite bonuses for each core attribute?

Like does the BP three cores Red, blue and yellow give bonus 75% (with the chest piece) to the opposite cores. Meaning the red one will give 75% of blue and yellow. The blue one will give 75% of the red and yellow and so on? If not then which one is decided to give the bonuses?
