How to end with BOS?

I sided with bos during mass fusion. gave ingram the thing and thats it. after that I had to defend the castle and somehow got into the nuclear quest with the minute men. I've spoken to ingram and aldermaxon and they just have their generic lines.

how do I progress with the brotherhood??
