BH number plate transfer doubt

Hey guys,

So I’m eligible for a BH number plate, but the issue is my work state and home state RTOs aren’t issuing BH plates right now. Because of that, I couldn’t register the bike under my name with BH.

Now my uncle (in Delhi, also eligible for BH) is planning to buy the bike instead for me.

Just wanted to ask, is it possible to transfer a BH number plate to me(who is eligible) once the purchase is done? Or does it get converted to a normal state registration during transfer?

Would really appreciate if someone has experience with this or knows how it works.
