Anyone else having a miserable long weekend off meds?

Due to multiple screwups, I've suddenly been off meds for days and won't get any more for a good while. I am extremely angry, frustrated and ill - and I don't see a way back.

If this is acceptable care, I don't see how I can go back on the meds. Cold turkey is awful and I can't go back on meds knowing the doctors could make me go through this again.

Just a rant. Feeling very sorry for myself and sad.
