Is the item glitch on switch fixed?

I was working on a perfection run a month or two ago, but while playing items disappeared when crafting 1.6 items. Like my horse flute, coffee and return specter. so i took a frustration break.

I tried hopping on again today and noticed an update but Is this fixed? Cus it is so PAINFUL having to buy the horse flute and return specter again.

Especially the specter.. i don’t want to spend another 2 mill on it ffs😭

I don’t want to start again if it’s still a bug
