Customer cancelled order then remade it. I never got refunded the postage label or the fees for the cancelled order?

I have a business account and unfortunately a buyer bought through simple delivery as for some reason it still works under my business account having switched from a private.

it's been 4 days since the order was cancelled and 2 since I resent the order, and no postage label and fees have been reimbursed which seems pretty naughty and mysteriously convenient if you ask me.

I know I should call customer service but honestly, getting through to the Irish call centre is impossible now as unfortunately eBay have outsourced but still call from a UK numbers and impossible to get help from the Albanian call centre.
