My parents are forcing me to move and i just wanna scream or hit something out of anger

Due to the situation in the middle east my parents are forcing me to move to kenya and im just so pissed i have to move i hate it idk what to do and im being sent to a sucky catholic school im so sad and i feel so depressed and i just dont know what to do
