Graphic designer needed for existing logo and website rework ($300)

Hi, I just took over an existing taxi company, and the logo is I think is as old as it is. I want to clean it up and modernize it while still feeling familiar to the core of older customers we have. As well, I've done a simple mockup of what I would want a website to resemble since they didn't have one. We are tight in the budget starting up but could dedicate $300 for this project. Please dm me for more details!
