Decent blacksmith

Why nowadays is so hard to find a blacksmith for craft a high quality items? This is quite ridiculous, that u can’t just put all your resources in a craft table with a gold reward, and waiting for a good quality work. Instead u just spam in a chat to find a master.

Is that how it supposed to be? Or I didn’t get it?
