Is https://aaplmusicdownloader.com/ legit?

Hi guys,

I am building a physical music library and wanted to get m4a streamrips (Since I listen via tws and the bluetooth codec used is aac) Is https://aaplmusicdownloader.com/ legit to get those streamrips?
