regarding frequent power cuts in bhumkar chowk

i stay in baghwan nagar and been noticing so many power cuts recently its getting out of hand idk what to do
i contact them on the hinjewadi mseb number which is busy 24*7 but luckily if the guy picks he lies to you saying 3-4 hrs lagen and then the light comes back in like 1 hr now its been hard trusting those guys is there any way to complain to a higher authority about this please please let me know
