Holding points hostage.

Its honestly fuck British airlines at this point. Both my Qatar and British accounts are years old. I can transfer points to iberia, Linus, everywhere except for Qatar and as a result I just lost my q suite booking after a week long battle.

Before anyone asks, yes I tried to have British book it for me but apparently they could not see the booking. Yes all my information matches exactly. It’s holistically a mistake on part of british airways as they’ve admitted. Their “tech team” never reached out to me like chat said they would and the only contact I’ve had with them has been initiated by me

Now I just have 100k points sitting in British that Im not using anytime soon and it’s such a waste.
