Withdrawals and tinnitus

Hi, I’m 25(F) and I have been slowly decreasing my Sertraline for around 6 weeks now. I started at 100mg and did 75mg for 4 weeks and now 50mg for 2.

The last 3ish days I’ve been getting a vibrating noise in my ear, kind of like a motorbike in my ears.

Sometimes it goes away but it’s quite loud and starting to affect my daily life.

I’ve always had a ringing in my ear which I’ve gotten used to but this vibrating is awful. Has anyone else had something like this? Does it go away or get better?

I’m not sure what to do so any advice would be great. Thank you
