Hormonal female advice

so I need advice with my 2/7 hormonal girly.

every time I let my birds out of the cage, she seeks out places she can rub herself on, I've tried eliminating any of those places but she always finds something new, a blanket, a pillow etc. I have a male but he is interested only in the other female bird...how can I help her stop being so hormonal?
