areas in chennai with low water TDS ?

i might be coming to chennai in the coming months but i have heard about chennai's terrible water quality

so are there any areas with low TDS levels (under 200) where my delicate skin wont be damaged

like i live in bangalore and the 450TDS water has already caused me skin irritations
