I got tired of the "mental load" of remembering life maintenance, so I built a simple tool to track it.

Does anyone else feel like their brain is 90% full of "When did I last change the Brita filter?" and "Is it time for a dentist appointment?"

I realized that my standard To-Do list was actually making me more stressed.

I didn't need a calendar invite to change a lightbulb;

I just needed to know how many days it had been since I last did it.

I'm a solo dev and I spent the last few months building Don’t Forget Me.

It’s not a fancy project management tool. It’s just a simple "Days Since" tracker.

• You add a card (Call Mom, Water Plants, Change Oil).

• It shows you exactly how many days have passed.

• When you do the thing, you tap the card and it resets to zero.

I also added a "Ping" feature because my partner and I kept having that awkward "Who was supposed to buy more detergent?" conversation.

Now the app just sends a gentle nudge so we don't have to nag each other.

It’s a PWA (web app), so you don't even have to go to the App Store—you can just add it to your home screen. It's free to use for up to 10 trackers.

I’d love to know if this actually helps anyone else deal with the "adulting" fog, or if there are other maintenance tasks I should add to the starter packs!
